Career Summary & Current Responsibilities
With nearly a decade of high level real estate marketing experience before joining SSG, Clyde directed marketing and communications activity for Atlanta-based RE/MAX Regional Services, serving over 300 Broker/Owners and more than 10,000 Agents in a five-state area. Under his direction, unaided brand name awareness for RE/MAX in major markets reached and maintained the number one position.
Clyde multiplied the brand reach of RE/MAX by expanding advertising resources from three Designated Market Areas to more than 24. Advertising impressions in outdoor alone topped 1.5 billion in just one year. He developed online strategies, taking multiple regional headquarters online for the first time – later expanding branding efforts and communication methodology into social media. Small-market office online exposure, once non-existent, ballooned under his leadership.
Prior to real estate, Clyde worked with major advertising firms for clients like McDonalds, Thermos, GE Aircraft Engines, Weslock, and Fruit of the Loom. His work has been recognized and awarded by several regional, national and international organizations.
As Vice President of Marketing and Operations at SSG, Clyde has expanded exposure for our client properties, enhanced the efforts and professionalism of the sales team, and develops an overall marketing strategy for SSG’s land acquisition, assemblage and disposition programs. Clyde is responsible for development and production of all of SSG’s client/project marketing materials, and for managing SSG’s market research/property research initiatives.
